Who We Are

Christian Children's Fund of Canada

(CCFC) is a child-focused international development organisation and a member of

Child Fund Alliance. For more than 

50 years, CCFC has been helping children and families of all faiths 

move from poverty to self-reliance.

 

Scope of Ministry

CCFC supports children and communities in Burkina Faso,

Ethiopia, Ghana, India, Nicaragua and Paraguay. Currently CCFC has more than 50,000 children sponsored, benefiting 

approximately 500,000 people around the world.

Our Mission

Pure and undefiled religion before God the Father is this; to visit the widow and the fatherless in their time of trouble and keep oneself unspotted from the world.      James 1:27

 

Our Message

Partnering with the local church and community, we provide help with both physical and spiritual needs to:

  • women with children and no husbands

  • the fatherless

  • families temporarily experiencing difficult times in unexpected situations

 

Through exhortation, encouragement and prayerful ministry, we help increase the individual's self-worth, self-confidence, and offer direction to help connect the client with other agencies that may be able to help with their particular situation.

 

In a God-centered, peaceful, non-threatening atmosphere we offer hope and friendship where there is often none.
